Finally!!
Finally a major body is taking this issue as serious as Indian Country takes it!
I still have some doubt about the actual enforcement of this ruling. First, NCAA Division I football teams are except because they don't play in a tournament. So the NCAA wrote thier own loop hole to protect thier bowl merchandise revenue! Wow!! How can the NCAA expect schools to follow this rule with a stadium size hole in it.
In addition schools have the right to appeal. I'm hopeful that these appeals will be denied, but I realize that the NCAA is a business so who knows.
At least its a start.
